CBL CUP PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION RULES – NATIONAL USSD

South Africa

1. This promotional competition ("Competition") is run by The South African Breweries (Proprietary) Limited ("Promoter") and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter's advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by all entrants ("Participants") constitutes acceptance of these rules. Further, the Promoter reserves the right, on reasonable notice at any time, to terminate the Competition in whole or in part, at any time, for reasonable cause, or to modify it in any way. The Promoter may also deem an entry to be void or invalid if it determines at its sole discretion that the entry is false or has undermined the integrity of the Competition in any way.

3. The Competition begins on 1 June 2017 and ends at midnight (00:00am) on 30 June 2017 ("Competition Period"), and will run in 19 participating outlets.

4. There are the following instant-win prizes to be won per participating outlet nationally:
I. 29 x CBL TCIF t-shirts
II. 6 x CBL TCIF snap caps
III. 10 x TCIF watches
IV. 9 x R200 Uber vouchers

5. To enter, Participants must purchase 2 x Carling Black Label 500ml draught to share with their friends at a participating outlet to receive a scratch card, and scratch to see if they have won an instant-win prizes which must be redeemed at the participating outlet. Participants may only enter 2 times for instant-win prizes. If they have won an Uber voucher, the dedicated Call Centre number must be contacted to redeem Uber reward voucher with unique winning pin code found within scratch card. Once redeemed, Uber voucher is sent via SMS

6. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value

7. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of winner/s, provided that any winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any winner/s and their entries to verify their eligibility and validity.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to audit the age and eligibility of the Participants and the validity of the entries, and may refuse to award the prizes to Participants if the winner/s cannot provide proof of age to the satisfaction of the Promoter, or if the Promoter suspects any irregularities or fraudulent activities. In such event all Participants waive any rights which they may have against the Promoters and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against the Promoters, its agents, contractors and/or sponsors.

9. All Participants and winners indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.

10. Uber Vouchers
• The free Uber voucher entitles the bearer to an Uber voucher to the maximum value of R200.
• The voucher can only be used for one trip.
• Should the trip be less than the value of the voucher the prizewinner will forfeit the rest of the voucher value.
• Should the trip be more than the value of the voucher, the prizewinner will be liable to cover the additional cost of the trip.
• To use this reward the prizewinner will need to download the Uber app on their smartphone and comply with all registration requirements.

Ultimate Draught Experience Promotional Competition Rules:

1. This promotional competition ("Competition") is run by The South African Breweries (Proprietary) Limited ("Promoter") and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by all entrants ("Participants") constitutes acceptance of these rules.

3. The Competition begins on 1 July 2017 and ends on 31 July 2017 ("Competition Period") and is only available at participating outlets listed in paragraph 5 below.

4. There are 5 main prizes - each is an “Ultimate Draught Experience” where the winner will receive the Ultimate at home draught experience.

5. Prize includes: 1 x 30l keg of your choice (only brands part of the promotion-Castle Lager, Carling Black Label, Hansa Pilsener) will be provided (i.e. 60 x 500ml draughts – maximum two drinks per person) to share with your guests. Limited to 30 people. Barmen to serve, glassware to be provided. No music or entertainment of any kind will be provided. Basic, reasonable, necessary "infrastructure"(Cocktail tables, benches, etc.) can be provided, if needed. Limited snacks may be provided, depending on the venue.* Maximum 4 hour experience.

6. *All subject to change etc. It may be in the comfort of their own home, at their bachelor's party or even at their weekend braai with friends.

7. Consumer will be contacted by an agency to discuss their Experience needs (occasion/location/date/ time etc.). The “Ultimate Draught Experience” will be arranged with the winner, at a reasonable, mutually convenient time. The Ultimate Draught Experience must be utilised within a 4 month period after the date that the winner won the prize.

8. The participating outlets include selected Carling Black Label draught tower outlets within the Mainstream Bar segments.

9. To enter for the main experience, Participants must purchase a Carling Black Label sharing tower (3 litre) at a participating outlet during the Competition Period to receive an entry card, complete all details on the entry card, and place in the entry box in-store. Entries are limited to one per person per day.

10. THE SHARING TOWERS AND ULTIMATE DRAUGHT EXPERIENCE ARE TO BE ENJOYED RESPONSIBLY.

11. The draw will be done on or about 15 August 2017.

12. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.

CUBANA PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION RULES – Instant Win & Experience

1. This promotional competition ("Competition") is run by The South African Breweries (Pty) Limited ("Promoter") and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by all entrants ("Participants") constitutes acceptance of these rules.

3. The Competition begins on 1 June 2017 and ends on 30 June 2017 ("Competition Period"), and runs in participating Cubana outlets only.

4. There are 3 (three) Carling Black Label Champion ‘experiences’ to be won by 3 lucky winners and will also include 1 friend of their choice (who must be at least 18 years old). The experience is valued at approximately R30 000.00. This getaway experience will include transport and meals as well as the activities, which will all be set out in the SAB itinerary. Prizes exclude all items of a personal nature, including spending money, gifts, meals, transport and drinks not specified in the SAB itinerary, and other items such as tips, phone calls and laundry.

5. There are also various instant-win prizes to be won daily during the Competition Period in the participating Cubana outlets.

6. 8. All travel companions are required to be 18 years or older as well. DELTA BEVERAGES

1. This promotional competition ("Competition") is run by Delta Beverages Private Limited ("Promoter") and is open to all members of the public who are 18 years of age or older and resident in Zimbabwe, except the employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, the Promoter’s associated companies, and outlet owners and their immediate families and staff.

2. The rules may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by the entrants ("Participants") constitutes acceptance of these rules.

3. The On-Pack Competition (prepaid airtime rewards) begins on 1st May 2017 and ends at midnight on 30th of June 2017 (5(i) below).

4. In the On-Pack Competition (all classes of trade), the prizes are as follows:

(i). There are prepaid airtime rewards to be won, as well as 50 tickets to the Carling Black Label Cup final ("CBL Cup") to be held at FNB Stadium on 29 July 2017 ("Match Day") to be won. Participants will be allowed to enter to win airtime rewards and tickets until midnight on 30th June 2017. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, corrupted or delayed/late entries as a result of any network, hardware or software failure of any kind. No entries automatically generated by a computer will be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

5. To be entered into the draw for prepaid airtime rewards, Participants must purchase any specific promotional single packs of Carling Black Label ("CBL") (340ml NRB, 330ml can, 440ml can, 375ml pint, 750ml quart) at participating outlets between 1st May and 30th June 2017, and find the 10-digit unique code on the crown underliner or can ringpull. Winners will receive an electronic top up of prepaid airtime and will receive confirmation of airtime credited directly from their cellphone network within 48 hours of entry. The Promoter is not liable for any delays in the delivery of the airtime.

(iii). Each Participant. The number of entries may be capped at 5 per day at the discretion of the Promoter. No entries automatically generated by a computer will be accepted. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, corrupted, delayed or incomplete entries as a result of any network, hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

SWAZILAND

1. This promotional competition ("Competition") is run by Swaziland Beverages Limited ("Promoter") and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in Swaziland, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by all entrants ("Participants") constitutes acceptance of these rules. Further, the Promoter reserves the right, on reasonable notice at any time, to terminate the Competition in whole or in part, at any time, for reasonable cause, or to modify it in any way. The Promoter may also deem an entry to be void or invalid if it determines at its sole discretion that the entry is false or has undermined the integrity of the Competition in any way.

3. The Competition begins on 1st June 2017 and ends at midnight (00:00am) on 15th July 2017 ("Competition Period"), and will run in 100 participating outlets.

4. There are the no instant-win prizes to be won per participating Mainstream On and L&T outlets:
I. The only prize is the big draw card – The Carling Cup

5. There are the following instant-win prizes to be won per participating Modern Off (Key Accounts) outlets nationally, draws conducted every Friday for 8 weeks:
I. 6 x match day tog bags ( per store )
II. 6 x match day caps
III. 6 x V neck t shirts

6. To enter in Mainstream On/L&T outlets nationally, participants must purchase 2 x 750ml RB or 3 x 500ml Cans of Carling Black Label beer to share with their friends at a participating outlet to receive and entry form, which they must complete and drop into an entry box.

7. To enter in Modern Off outlets outlets nationally, participants must purchase 1 x 6 Champion Pack 340ml NRB/ 1 x 6 Champion Pack 500ml Can Carling Black Label at a participating outlet to receive 1 Carling Black Label glass ( while stocks last) to be redeemed when payment is made. The final draw will take place no later than the 4th of August by the Account Manager. Winners will be contacted telephonically by the Account Manager.

8. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value

9. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of winner/s, provided that any winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any winner/s to verify their eligibility.

10. All Participants and winners indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition

CBL CUP PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION RULES – NATIONAL USSD

KGALAGADI BREWERIES

1. This promotional competition ("Competition") is run by Kgalagadi Breweries (Pty)Need the official name of the company in Botswana Limited ("Promoter") and is open to all members of the public who are 18 years of age or older and resident in Botswana, except the employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, the Promoter’s associated companies, and outlet owners and their immediate families and staff.

2. The rules may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by the entrants ("Participants") constitutes acceptance of these rules.

3. The On-Pack Competition (prepaid airtime rewards) begins on 1st June 2017 and ends at midnight on 15th July 2017 (5(i) below).

4. In the On-Pack Competition (all classes of trade), the prizes are as follows:

(i). There are prepaid airtime rewards to be won, as well as 120 tickets to the Carling Black Label Cup final ("CBL Cup") to be held at FNB Stadium, South Africa on 29 July 2017 ("Match Day") to be won. Participants will be allowed to enter to win airtime rewards and tickets until midnight on 15th July 2017. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, corrupted or delayed/late entries as a result of any network, hardware or software failure of any kind. No entries automatically generated by a computer will be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

5. To be entered into the draw for prepaid airtime rewards, Participants must purchase any specific promotional single packs of Carling Black Label ("CBL") (340ml NRB, 500ml can) at participating outlets between 1st June and 15th July 2017, and find the 10-digit unique code on the crown underliner or can ringpull. Participants must accurately dial *141*unique code# (entry is free). Mobile network operator data costs may apply. Only valid completed entries received before midnight on 15th July 2017 will be entered into the draw. No late entries will be accepted.

6. To be entered into the draw to win tickets to the Carling Cup experience, Participants must purchase any specific promotional single packs of Carling Black Label ("CBL") (340ml NRB, 500ml can) at participating outlets between 1st June and 15th July 2017, and find the 10-digit unique code on the crown underliner or can ringpull. Participants must accurately dial *141*unique code# (entry is free). Mobile network operator data costs may apply. Only valid completed entries received before midnight on 15th July 2017 will be entered into the draw. No late entries will be accepted.

(i). A random draw will be done after the 15th of July to select winners of the Carling Cup experience. The experience only includes ticket, accommodation for 1 night and return travel from a set location to be confirmed. Winners must be in possession of a valid travel document and must produce the same upon selection. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize to the next randomly selected winner.

(ii). This Airtime mechanic is available only to prepaid subscribers on Botswana cellphone network. The airtime reward will be automatically credited to the cellphone number from which the valid unique code was sent. Winners will receive an electronic top up of prepaid airtime and will receive confirmation of airtime credited directly from their cellphone network within 48 hours of entry. The Promoter is not liable for any delays in the delivery of the airtime.

(iii). Each Participant. The number of entries may be capped at 5 per day at the discretion of the Promoter. No entries automatically generated by a computer will be accepted. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, corrupted, delayed or incomplete entries as a result of any network, hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

7. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to make media announcements and/or publications of the names and photographs of the winner/s, provided that any winner/s may elect to expressly / in writing decline this. Promoter also reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any entries and winner/s of the Competition in order to verify their validity and eligibility.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, temporary suspend or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control or technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.

10. All Participants and winners indemnify the Promoter, its associated and subsidiary companies, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.

PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION RULES – Carling Black Label Champion Cup Radio Promotion

1. This promotional competition ("Competition") is run by The South African Breweries (Pty) Limited ("Promoter") and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of Promoter, Promoter's advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and any outlet owners and staff.

2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by Promoter only. Participation by all entrants ("Participants") constitutes acceptance of these rules.

3. The Competition begins on 5 June 2017 and ends on 14 July 2017 ("Competition Period ").

4. The radio prize mechanic, via SABC Radio stations includes, one R2000 cash prize and a choice of either a Kaizer Chiefs Football Club or Orlando Pirates replica shirt per week for the duration of the Competition Period.

5. To stand a chance to qualify for the weekly radio prize draws, Participants must purchase a Carling Black Label promotional pack to obtain a unique underliner code for each time they vote. Participants must then register via USSD (*120*660*) during the Competition Period. (USSD at a cost of 20 cents per 20 seconds). Once registered, participants must vote a minimum of twelve (12) times from the same cell phone number to be entered into a draw where they could be called live on air during the radio show for the prize. Contestants will be called on air during the Sekunjalo Sports Show on SABC Radio on Thursdays where they will need to present their formation selection as well as their starting line-up selections. The winning contestants will be up to the Sekunjalo presenter's discretion. All votes cast via the USSD line will be reflected on the participant's online profile.

6. Promoter and/or radio show presenter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if he/she does not answer the telephone call immediately and randomly select a replacement winner from the competition entries.

7. No Person may win more than one prize in this competition.

8. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, corrupted or delayed entries as a result of any network, hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

9. None of the prizes may be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.

10. Winners will be notified via a call to the cellphone number they have used to enter the Competition.

11. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

BE THE CHAMPION COACH 2017 - WESTERN CAPE

1. This promotional competition ("Competition") is run by The South African Breweries (Proprietary) Limited ("Promoter") and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by all entrants ("Participants") constitutes acceptance of these rules. Further, the Promoter reserves the right, on reasonable notice at any time, to terminate the Competition in whole or in part, at any time, for reasonable cause, or to modify it in any way. The Promoter may also deem an entry to be void or invalid if it determines at its sole discretion that the entry is false or has undermined the integrity of the Competition in any way.

3. The on pack Competition begins on 24 April 2017 and ends at midnight (00:00am) on 30 July 2017 (“Competition Period”), and will run in Cape participating outlets. From the competition 3 x Western Cape Participants stand a chance to win double tickets to experience the Champions of Manchester take on the Champions of Liverpool in a live English Premier League (EPL) game.

4. To enter on USSD, Participants must purchase a promotional pack of Carling Black Label during the Competition Period and dial *120*660*, enter the unique code under the crown underliner, press # and follow the prompts. (USSD ENTRY IS FREE).

5. There will also be radio supported promotions where Carling Black Label will reward winners with Champion prizes and consumer can be entered into the main UK trip prize.

6. There will be a final event in August whereby all the finalists from USSD and radio will compete for the main prize. The winner of the main prize (UK trip) is not eligible to be selected as a winner of the main prize for the same or similar promotion for the next two years.

7. There will be Cape focused in-trade activity for 8 weeks from 1 June 2017 to 30 July 2017.

8. To enter in outlets, Participants must purchase 3 x 750ml RB or 4 x 440ml Cans of Carling Black Label beer to share with their friends at a participating outlet to receive a scratch card, and scratch to see if they have won an instant-win prizes which may be redeemed at the participating outlet.
